The James M. Duncan, Jr. Branch Library is one of six branches in Alexandria’s Library System. The branch serves the Del Ray, Arlandria, Cora Kelly and Potomac Yards communities. The Del Ray neighborhood stands out in its occupation break-down. Executives, managers and professionals make up 68 percent of the workforce in the Del Ray neighborhood, which is a higher proportion of such high-level people than is found in about 98 percent of U.S. neighborhoods, according to NeighborhoodScout's analysis. One of our library’s goals is to expand outreach to the Arlandria and Cora Kelly communities.
