Picturing America for Public Libraries

The themes of the posters were used for our annual youth writing contest. English students in grades 6 to 12 were invited to visit the library for inspiration for their contest entry. The contest included creative writing (poetry) and essay writing categories. The posters were also included in the topics presented to area clubs during library update visits to the club meetings.
